Refunds and Exchanges

 

Returns

Not what you were expecting? That's ok!

You have 14 days to return your items but you will be responsible for the postal charges.

All items must be unused and returned in the original Milk and Poop packaging.

Simply email us at customercare@milkandpoop.co.uk where we can assist you further. 


Faulty items

Goods are classified as faulty if they arrive to you damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, just well loved :) 


Exchanges

We're not able to process exchanges just yet but we're working on it.


Refunds

We aim to get your money back to you as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2-3 weeks to process.

Your refund will be credited using the original method of payment.

Refunds exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items). Customs duties and taxes are also non refundable outside of the EU. However, you may be able to claim these back by contacting your local customs bureau.
